Tape Syncs / Phoners

If you need to book George for a tape sync in the Washington, DC area, you can access his schedule on Calendly.

George will travel to any location in DC, MD, VA within 2.5 hours. For remote locations where it is challenging to travel within this timeframe due to regional traffic, overnight accommodations paid for by client is encouraged.

Tape Sync rates start at $200 for the first hour and $50 for each additional hour. Must book at least 72 hours in advance. A kill fee will be assessed if a sync is cancelled in less than 48 hours. Jobs canceled within 48 hours of tape sync are billed at 50% of rate, and in less than 24 hours are billed at 100% full rate. Please note interest of 10 percent will be assessed on late payments that take more than 30 days to process.

Travel Reimbursement: Mileage, toll lanes, parking, and/or public transit costs must be reimbursed. You will be billed 65.5 cents for each mile traveled to and from sync in accordance with the 2023 IRS Standard Mileage Rates.

A 16 bit WAV file at 44.1kHz and 60 seconds of room tone will be sent within 2 hours of sync via WeTransfer unless other specifications are required.
